Oppo is rumored to be preparing the launch of a new smartphone for its K-series, specifically the Oppo K12 Plus, in the Chinese market. The phone, also known by its model number PKS110, has recently passed several certifications, including China’s radio certification platform and Geekbench’s database. Now, it has also surfaced on TENAA, providing a full overview of its specifications.
Oppo K12 Plus Specifications (Rumored)
According to the TENAA listing, the Oppo K12 Plus will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that supports FHD+ resolution. While the listing doesn’t explicitly confirm this, it’s likely that the screen will feature a 120Hz refresh rate, common in high-end smartphones. Additionally, the phone will incorporate an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure access.
Powering the Oppo K12 Plus is a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, which Geekbench data confirms as Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. The phone is expected to be available in two variants: 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM, along with storage options of 256 GB and 512 GB. The battery is another highlight, with a typical capacity of 6,400mAh and support for 80W fast charging, although TENAA lists the rated battery value as 6,220mAh.
In the camera department, the Oppo K12 Plus will feature a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. On the rear, the phone will sport a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device is expected to run on ColorOS 14, which is based on Android 14, providing users with the latest software features and enhancements.
Physically, the Oppo K12 Plus will have dimensions of 162.47 x 75.33 x 8.37 mm and will weigh 193 grams. While official images from TENAA are yet to be released, an Oppo executive has already shared a glimpse of the phone’s rear design, showing a consistent look with other K-series devices released earlier this year.
The Oppo K12 Plus follows the launch of the Oppo K12 and K12x, which were rebranded as the OnePlus Nord CE 4 and Nord CE 4 Lite in global markets. It remains unclear if the Oppo K12 Plus will be rebranded for international release.
