Meizu’s First International Phones // Earlier this year, Meizu revealed plans to focus on AI technology to enhance its smartphone offerings. The Chinese company has now introduced its latest smartphones, the Note 21 and Note 21 Pro, which are set to be released globally. These new models will be accompanied by the Meizu 21, which was initially launched in China earlier this year.
Global Launch of Meizu’s Note 21 Series
Meizu has expanded its smartphone lineup with the international launch of the Note 21 and Note 21 Pro models. These devices mark the company’s commitment to integrating AI capabilities into its products. Alongside the global release of the Note 21 series, Meizu will also introduce the Meizu 21 to international markets, following its successful debut in China.
Meizu Note 21 and Note 21 Pro Features
Meizu Note 21 comes with a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display offering FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and an 8MP front camera. On the other hand, the Note 21 Pro boasts a slightly larger 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 13MP front camera.
Camera and Performance Specifications
The Note 21 is equipped with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor, while the Note 21 Pro features a 64MP primary shooter and a 2MP depth sensor.
In terms of performance, the Note 21 runs on an unspecified eight-core chipset with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the Note 21 Pro is powered by a Helio G99 chipset with the same RAM and storage capacity. Both phones support storage expansion through a microSD card slot.

Despite Meizu’s emphasis on AI, specific AI features are not highlighted in the official specs for the new phones. The software details are also lacking, but it is assumed that both devices run on Meizu’s FlymeOS. Meizu Note 21 boasts a larger battery capacity of 6,000 mAh with 18W charging, while the Note 21 Pro features a slightly smaller 4,950mAh battery with 30W charging.
Upcoming Meizu Note 21 and Note 21 Pro Colors
Meizu’s upcoming Note 21 will come in Gulf Blue, Diamond Black, and Ivory colors, while the Note 21 Pro will be available in Bay Blue, Sandstone, and Marble options.
