Infinix has launched the Infinix Hot 50 5G, its first entry-level smartphone of the year, with a starting price of Rs xxx. The smartphone is touted as the “slimmest and most reliable” in its price range, featuring a 7.8mm slim design, a Sony 48-megapixel IMX582 camera, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chip, promising 5 years of smooth performance with TUV SUD certification. Infinix Hot 50 5G: Price and availability
The Infinix Hot 50 5G has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 9,999, offering two memory variants: 4GB and 8GB.
The sale will begin on Flipkart on September 9 at 12 noon. Additionally, Infinix is providing bank discounts, including a Rs 1,000 discount on selected bank cards and a special price of Rs 8,549 for those using a Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card. The smartphone is available in four colors: Sleek Black, Vibrant Blue, Sage Green, and Dreamy Purple.

The Infinix Hot 50 5G boasts a slim design with a 7.8mm thickness and a dual-camera setup on the back panel. The Dreamy Purple variant offers a vegan leather back, while the other colors feature a shimmery rear panel. The device sports a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. It comes in 4GB and 8GB memory variants and runs on XOS 14, based on Android 14.

The smartphone, similar to the Infinix Note 40, includes a dynamic bar with an interactive UI. The rear panel is clean, with the Infinix 5G branding at the bottom. The Infinix Hot 50 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and features a Type C charging port.
Additionally, it includes AI charge protection to monitor charging patterns for battery health.
